It is on the beach, with North, East and South exposures, giving views of Maui's coastline, cane fields and mountains, and the islands of Lanai and Moloka'i.
Royal Kahana 920 is a large, comfortably furnished two bedroom, smoke-free condominium. The living/dining room is furnished in rattan and has a queen-size "sleeper" couch. The lanai off the living room provides a view of the channel between the islands of Lanai and Moloka'i, and great whale watching during breakfast! The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath and dressing room. The guest bedroom has twin beds with a bath across the entrance hall. The hall bathroom also contains a washer and dryer unit in the closet. The kitchen is furnished with all appliances, utensils, china and glassware.
The facilities available at the Royal Kahana include a swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, shuffle board, ping pong and a small gym and internet access. Arrangements for their use can be made at the Front Desk. A special "Activities Desk" is located in the lobby where guests can make arrangements for boat trips, sightseeing, luaus, snorkeling, etc.
